Meet our Pastor and His Family!
Why, hello there! I’m Draa Mackey, and I’ve been the pastor at Bayshore Baptist Church since 2018. I was raised just up the road in Searsport, though my roots with Lincolnville run far deeper, as my grandmother and mom were raised in this area. After earning my bachelor’s in pastoral ministries, I assumed the role of pastor at Bayshore. I’m blessed to be about halfway through a master’s degree with a special emphasis on early church writings and social ethics. I live in Lincolnville with my wonderful wife, Jo (who earned her bachelor’s in youth ministries), and our two kids, Kirk and Hazel. We enjoy all things Maine, so in the summer, you’ll find us on the trails, and in the winter, you’ll find us on the slopes!
My wife and I are passionate about reaching our community with Christ’s love, as it is the only thing that provides lasting hope to the hopeless, joy to the hurting, and peace to the overwhelmed. We’d love the opportunity to get to know you! Please reach out, and let’s connect. God Bless!
