Though we don’t know much about Lydia from the pages of Scripture, what we do know sets a high bar for Christians, men and women alike. She was industrious, pious, bold, compassionate, and hospitable. As followers of Jesus, we should let Lydia’s example and legacy spur us toward greater love for and commitment to God.
